Switchboard, MD used AI to help healthcare systems and practices enhance care delivery for their patients and restore the human connection to medicine. They approached me to help them make a series of educational explainer videos diving into a few of their flagship products.
Throughout our collaboration, I've worked to create a consistent, recognizable visual and motion system for the Switchboard brand that makes it easy to comprehend complex medical software. To achieve the right visual balance for a company that blends the worlds of tech and medicine, I've leaned into clean movements, simple illustrations, and bringing to life their existing icons to create a system that serves the demographics of both industries.

MDAware
MDAware is one of Switchboards more complex products to explain. We opted to lean into the world of isometric illustration to demonstrate the inner workings of medical patient portals and how MDAware streamlines communication. I expanded upon Switchboard's existing system to bring in gradients, glass, & workflow illustrations that work together to lay out the problem step by step and elevate their messaging.
